Remember a loved one by making a donation to the Platelet Disorder Support Association in their memory.  Letters acknowledging memoriam donations are sent to the family of the deceased and the donors.

When completing your online order, in the Comments section, please enter the name of the deceased and the family's name and address or e-mail the information to pdsa@pdsa.org. 

At the request of a family  member, we can list the loved one's name on our website's memoriam page at www.pdsa.org/memoriam.htm.  To include someone's name on this list, please send an e-mail to pdsa@pdsa.org.
