To return an item, mail to PDSA, 133 Rollins Avenue, Suite 5, Rockville, MD 20852. We will issue a full refund. SHIPPING The cost of many of our items includes shipping. This will be noted in the item description. For those items that do not include shipping, the shipping costs will be based on the weight of the item. If 'First Class Mail' is your shipping choice, the minimum shipping charge is $4.00. It will be incremented for each pound of product based on the United States Post Office rates. The UPS rates will be calculated directly from UPS rate tables. SALES TAX Sales tax will only be calculated for orders placed by Maryland residents. Sales tax will apply to taxable merchandise only.
