The Platelet Disorder Support Association relies heavily on your contributions to support our site, host our conference, answer your questions and be there for you in as many ways as we can. We appreciate all you can give: your kind words, your time, and your dollars. The Platelet Disorder Support Association is a 501 (c) 3 organization. Your contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Give to United Way or CFC - We are a member of the United Way of the National Capital Region. Our number is 8940. If you are not in that region, just designate PDSA and your local United Way will contact us for any required documentation. We will send you a letter when we receive your pledge from your local United Way. After you contact your local United Way please send us a note or e-mail telling us about your pledge. That will help track the pledge and resolve any problems we may encounter receiving the funds. Please use a similar procedure for the CFC. We are eligible for corporate matching grants. |
