$50 Honorarium Donation

Honor a special occasion for a family member or friend with a donation to the Platelet Disorder Support Association (PDSA).  The honoree will receive a letter informing them of the contribution and their name will be published in the next issue of our quarterly newsletter, The Platelet News.  You will  receive a letter acknowledging your gift.

When you donate at this level, your name will be listed in the next issue of our quarterly newsletter, The Platelet News.
